Peanut Butter Bliss

I decided to make some delicious "cereal" during nap time. Except nap time never came (yay, teething!) so, I poured myself another cup of mushroom coffee (thanks Tammi!) and started baking this afternoon! And it's not really cereal, in my opinion it's closer to a healthy cookie! Win! It will make the perfect treat for Ezra! A friend sent me the recipe. We (Ezra and I) have recently been avoiding gluten. This is week 2. Its honestly NOT as difficult as I initially assumed. We are both still surviving, and finding new foods and recipes that we enjoy! Today's recipe included normal ingredients that I already had on hand (yes! win again!) and it was super fast and easy. All you need is: 1 1/2 cup Flour (we used Namaste Gluten Free flour  ) 1/4 cup Honey (we chose honey from a local bee keeper) 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (we used Almond Butter ) 1 tsp Baking Soda (WE USED BAKING SODA lol) 1 tsp Vanilla 1/2 ripe banana Mix it all together. The Journey

Cole has been telling me for the past few years that I need to start writing again. I would always look at him and say "but what would I write about?" It hit me last night. I should've been writing about life with Ezra this whole time. These next few posts will probably be a cluster of what I remember over the past 14 months.
